Useful before calculation
Quote operations, not elapsed waiting time
LeadSync measures active work: preparing requests, chasing suppliers, consolidating responses, re-entering data and updating customers. Supplier response time is reported separately and never multiplied into labour cost.
Why Account Executive Quote Workload Matters
When an MSP responds to an education procurement request, the account executive typically handles multiple supplier touchpoints, document reviews and pricing checks. By separating active staff minutes from supplier elapsed time, commercial leaders can see how much paid capacity each quote consumes. The model uses a user-approved target for active processing, helping you decide when to automate or scale the team.
Statutory Hourly Floor and Capacity Modelling
The cost side of the calculator applies a UK-wide statutory hourly floor of £12.71. This bare-minimum figure is controlled by the server to prevent accidental undercounting. While many MSPs pay above the floor, the floor ensures every capacity check reflects at least the official minimum. Supplier response time is not treated as paid labour, so your output isolates true employee workload.
Getting a Supplier-Backed Annual Price
The calculator does not display a live quote on the public page. Once you enter your active minutes and target time into the free MSP account, the tool can retrieve a supplier-backed connectivity price expressed per annum where permitted. All supplier details remain hidden. This approach gives your team a realistic cost picture before you commit commercial resource to an education bid.
No double counting
Direct administration cost, addressable cost, recovered capacity, pipeline exposure and confirmed loss are separate. They are never added into one headline.
