Useful before calculation
Quote operations, not elapsed waiting time
LeadSync measures active work: preparing requests, chasing suppliers, consolidating responses, re-entering data and updating customers. Supplier response time is reported separately and never multiplied into labour cost.
MSP Quote‑Delay and Account‑Executive Workload
For MSPs serving schools and trusts, the time spent obtaining a firm connectivity price directly affects billable capacity. Every hour an account executive devotes to gathering supplier information, following up on responses, or reconciling different quotes is an hour not available for client delivery. The Portal’s quote‑operations model focuses on these internal labour minutes, helping MSP leadership look clearly at the operational drain caused by slow or fragmented supplier interactions.
Transparent Labour‑Cost Model
The model applies the server‑controlled 2026 National Living Wage floor of £12.71 per hour as a bare‑minimum cost reference. You input the typical active minutes your team spends on a 1000Mbps quote cycle, and the Portal produces an indicative labour cost. Critically, the time a supplier takes to respond is reported separately, ensuring your labour estimate is never confused with a supplier’s own turnaround. This separation provides a fair, evidence‑led view of your internal quote workload.
Accessing a Live, Supplier‑Backed Price Securely
Within your Edunet MSP account you can request a real connectivity price for a 1000Mbps circuit. The price is backed by education‑sector suppliers but is only visible inside the secure account environment. No supplier names or live numbers are published on the public website. By centralising the quote request, the Portal reduces the repetitive back‑and‑forth that often increases account‑executive workload, giving you a faster route to a comparable annual figure.
No double counting
Direct administration cost, addressable cost, recovered capacity, pipeline exposure and confirmed loss are separate. They are never added into one headline.
