You provide the active staff minutes typically spent on an education quote. The calculator applies the server‑controlled National Living Wage floor of £12.71 per hour to arrive at a bare‑minimum labour cost per quote. Supplier elapsed time — the time suppliers take to respond — is collected and displayed separately in your account, giving you a complete picture of quote response friction without blurring the line between labour cost and supplier delay.
