MSP QUOTE DELAY FOR CARDIFF

How Much Are Delayed Education Supplier Quotes Costing Your MSP?

When your account executives wait for supplier quotes, every minute of active delay chips away at margin. Our free MSP tool estimates that hidden cost, so you can make evidence‑led decisions.

Useful before calculation

Quote operations, not elapsed waiting time

LeadSync measures active work: preparing requests, chasing suppliers, consolidating responses, re-entering data and updating customers. Supplier response time is reported separately and never multiplied into labour cost.

What the Calculator Measures

The model focuses on active employee minutes spent chasing, clarifying or re‑keying supplier responses. Supplier elapsed time—such as internal routing or credit checks—is reported separately and never counted as paid labour. By isolating only the human time you fund, the calculator gives a clean view of where process improvements can reduce overhead.

How the Cost Figure Is Built

You supply the typical active staff minutes per quote and a realistic target process time. The calculator applies the server‑controlled 2026 National Living Wage floor of £12.71 per hour. The difference between your current active time and your target time, multiplied by the statutory hourly floor and scaled by your annual education quote volume, produces an indicative annual cost of delay.

Turn Insight into Faster Quotes

Once you understand the delay cost, you can prioritise suppliers that respond more efficiently. Inside your free MSP account, a live supplier‑backed quote is available—not a generic estimate, but a real figure you can act on. This approach helps account executives reduce the administrative load and improve the speed at which they can present competitive offers to schools and trusts.

No double counting

Direct administration cost, addressable cost, recovered capacity, pipeline exposure and confirmed loss are separate. They are never added into one headline.

Optional commercial evidence and ROI

This model estimates operational process cost, recoverable capacity and commercial exposure from the information supplied. The primary cost result uses the current statutory National Living Wage as a bare-minimum labour-cost floor; it is not a fully loaded employment cost, audit, guarantee of savings or prediction of future revenue. Financial results should be validated against payroll, CRM, supplier-response and management-accounting records.
